What is yoga? Do we strike a pose or maintain a pose? What is a pose? How do you go from one pose to the next? What about the breath? How can it support your balance? How important is mindfulness and meditation in the practice of yoga?
These questions come into play in my yoga classes/retreats, and more. Yoga is essentially a process of self-enquiry, and contains so much more than being able to touch your fingers to your toes. Come to these classes to feel into your body and breath to discover the optimum way to move. Come to these classes to develop flexibility of body and of mind. Come to these classes to feel into the deep quiet of your being. But mainly – come to these classes to ENJOY!
